If you’re over 40-years old, you may wear readers. Maybe not. But if you do, you’ll notice that the little print on food packaging is just too difficult to read, which will interfere with your quest for a healthier lifestyle.

And really, do we need yet another excuse to ignore the things and foods that we put into our bodies?

Maybe you find all of that information overwhelming. Or perhaps, you’ve dreamed of the day that someone – anyone – could make all of that food data about fat, sugar and carbs prettier somehow. If so, head to the website Fat or Fiction, which breaks down nutritional information on common foods with pretty colors and nice type. It’s infotography that works to capture your attention. And if nothing else, it will keep you occupied as you eat your Snicker’s bar.
