There is little to be said for the appearance of the traditional dumbbell. Leaving the hand weight out of sight often translates to ‘out of site, out of mind’. Leave them on display and besides thinking of creative ways to decorate them, you’ll find yourself stumping your toe on a daily basis (could be a good reminder to exercise). Menu has created a work of art with a high-polished, intertwined weight system (2.2 lbs. each). You’ll want to leave these little dumbbells out for the world to see. Keep them by your television and do a few reps to strengthen and tone the upper body while you while away the time watching Board Walk Empire.
